About us
As a child, I read the book Greyfriers Bobby then watched the Walt Disney Movie Greyfriers Bobby. Both left a lasting impression on me. I wanted to have a dog like Bobby with that kind of loyalty.
My parents, unable to locate a Skye, presented me with a Yorkshire Terrier (they thought long hair with a part would be the same) that I named Poco.
I loved Poco but still longed for a dog like Bobby. Years later a friend took me to a local dog match. I won a ribbon with my untrained Yorkie and I was hooked. I attended handling classes. I read and studied everything I could get my hands on about Skyes. Then, I started my search and found my first Skye, Yrags. I began showing her. She earned her championship and the rest is history!
